S&A Luxury Properties

S&A Luxury Properties is a newly-founded premier real estate brokerage firm in Boston specializing in the art of luxury living, and dedicated to delivering world class service & sophisticated marketing of unique and state-of-the-art properties.

As a contractor for this company, I fully designed their branding from logo development to initial website build and launch. Working closely with experienced real estate agents, brokers, and developers, I ensured their marketing collateral was consistent with their visual identity.

I worked with two local photographers to get high-end shots of a new-to-market estate. The architect & developer had unfinished light fixtures in the homes, so I worked some magic in Photoshop. See the before & afters below! For authenticity, I also edited the lighting cast onto the surrounding countertops & floor.

Innovative Collaborations is an award-winning, full-service Architecture, Design, and Construction Management firm offering unique expertise across many fields. For three years, I worked with the firm maintaining their brand image, managing social media, directing video & photo shoots and post-production, writing scripts for video shoots and press, news, & event speeches.
I also had the privilege to design, build, and launch a new website for them.

I also coordinated large-scale events such as a pediatric clinic grand opening, a company 21st anniversary party, and a neighborhood open house. These events elevated client relationships and firm visibility—the neighborhood open house contributed to the sale of a $2.5M estate the following week!

The Elliot Estate

The Elliot Estate is a collection of four unique homes. Marketed by Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates and S&A Luxury Properties, they contracted me to build and market a website for this estate.

REMODEL

Though not directly related to architecture or real estate, I wanted to include remodeling mockups I did as a Marketing Coordinator for Tech Etch, Inc. in Plymouth, MA. The cafeteria was completely white, so I made a proposal to the CEO and other executives to add company colors & branding, and got the approval to supervise the project using my designs!
