Innovative Collaborations is an award-winning, full-service Architecture, Design, and Construction Management firm offering unique expertise across many fields. Tech Etch, Inc.
Tech Etch is a leading global provider for Aerospace, Alternative Energy, Medical, and Military markets in EMI Shielding, Precision Etch and Form, and Flex and Rigid Flex circuits.
I created content for their social media, from June 2022 - June 2023.
I began a marketing initiative called "Meet Me Monday" - where every Monday morning we would post on socials a fun "meet me" post of an employee. I would interview people "on the floor" in manufacturing, as well as the executives, engineers, and office staff. Below is the template I created as well as an example "Meet Me Monday" of myself.

I would always try to get as many employees involved on social media posts. Graphics & infographics have their use & place, but when able, I value original content with people. Coordinating red outfits for Heart Health Month, Gathering veterans & active service employees for a special Veteran's Day post, photos of employees' pets for National Pet Day....
I took our company mascot Bones Jones & made silly holiday videos with him. It was worth the strange looks I received while staging him....
Romania Reborn
Romania Reborn is non-profit ministry devoted to rescuing children from danger and abandonment, building them into forever families, supporting parents and children, and advocating for long-term change in orphan care throughout Romania.
My own roots go back to Bucharest, Romania, so heading up their social media and website is a special experience for me.
November 2024, National Adoption Month & Orphan Sunday worldwide on Nov. 10th.
One of the most recent campaigns I ran was the annual July Matching Campaign, where every dollar was matched up to $40K. Overall, we raised over $90K organically.

ABeals Art
ABeals Art is my own personal brand & side business, where I create custom paintings, from 12-foot murals to 5" sea shells. ABeals Design and ABeals Photography also fall underneath the ABeals branding, but my social media only encompasses ABeals Art.
